As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the cosy and spacious room at Ferde Livadića 19. the host, Dražen, was incredibly kind and hospitable, giving us helpful advice on what to do in Zagreb. the breakfast served in a nice ambiance was fantastic, and we even got to meet Dražen's unusual friend. the parking facility was convenient and secure for our car. the location was great, with various tram lines near Kvaternikov Trg making it easy to reach the city centre in just 15 minutes.

We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no complaints at all.

Everything was wonderful, we spent here 2 great nights. Their morning meal was amazing with jam and fresh bread, as example. The setting was excellent and absolutely perfect. Had drinks at Wine Bar Basement, situated 5 minutes walk away.

Magnificent and comfy location, close to Zagreb Funicular. There were central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven, a bath. During the stay everything was great and I got ironing as a compliment.

This place is a fantastic spot for exploring the area, with a wonderful breakfast offering a variety of options, including fruit, eggs, and meats - we'd definitely recommend it to friends and others.

The host was absolutely amazing, always attentive to details and had great knowledge of the area. The location couldn't have been better, close to everything I wanted to do. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a homemade touch that made it even better.

The wifi on the ground floor was a bit weak, although it worked fine in other areas. , the blinds in my room didn't offer complete privacy, which made me feel a bit exposed at times.

Comfortable and situated in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to transportation. The staff were top-notch, always there to help no matter the time ⭐.

This place is situated in a peaceful area close to downtown, the tram station, and the old town center; the host showed us the property, and we loved it and would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The host, Drazen, was incredibly friendly and made our experience enjoyable. Our ground floor apartment was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The free parking at the property around the corner was convenient, and Drazen's parrot Coco added extra entertainment. We loved the communal breakfast table, where we could chat with other guests and try Drazen's delicious homemade olive mix on french toast. Thank you for your hospitality!

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Zagreb for a week. The host, Drazen, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast spread he provided was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. Drazen also engaged us in interesting conversations about his hobbies and local recommendations. The hotel was located in a quiet part of town, but still easily accessible to the main attractions. The rooms were recently remodeled and had all the amenities we needed. the hospitality and comfortable atmosphere made us feel like we were visiting a friend's home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Zagreb.
